You must contact My Choice Travel at least 48 hours prior the date of your activity to reconfirm your reservation and confirm your pick-up time.

*The printed voucher of My Choice is your boarding pass, you must sign it and present it at the moment of your pick-up.

Cancellation policies  
Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior the date of the tour will be penalized with 100% of the payment.
The act of not showing up at your contracted tour will be penalized with 100% of the payment. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior the tour date are free of charge. 100% refund.
Cancellations made 6 days or less prior the tour date will be penalized with 50% of the paid amount.
Any person cancelling a tour because of health reasons should be able to present a medical certificate showing their inability to participate in the chosen tour, in which case they will receive a 100% refund, in the same way at which the initial payment was made.

Rights and responsibilities  
The voucher is issued by My Choice Travel, who acts as intermediary between transportation companies and other providers who provide services for each excursion contracted by users of My Choice, for that reason the responsibility for irregularities in services contracted through My Choice Travel is assumed by their service providers.
My Choice reserves the right to cancel any tour or change the program, if the circumstances require it or for reasons of force majeure.
My Choice Travel declines all responsibility for any incident, delay or loss of property that may occur during the course of a tour and will not assume the costs for recovering forgotten by users goods.
Due to local regulations the credit card charges made in the Dominican Republic will be done at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment.

Acceptance of terms of hiring
Hiring services through My Choice implies acceptance of the terms and conditions set above.
